Sean has been working behind microphones, as Sean Kenin, for nearly 20 years. Sean’s voice can be heard in movies (Smurfs, Smurfs 2, Venom), PrimeTime television (Family Guy, Robot Chicken), children’s animation (Pokemon, We Bare Bears, Looney Tunes), radio and television commercials and audiobooks (Star Wars: DeathTroopers, Dooku: Jedi Lost). Sean and Julian met at school for musical theatre and shared a mutual appreciation for animation and character voices. They decided to start training voice actors out of Sean’s apartment in 2001. Since then they’ve managed to build Hyperbolic Audio into a four room ADR facility in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. They also founded Hyperbolic Creative, a full service creative agency that now produces everything from commercials to podcasts to audio dramas. Sean’s other creative partner is his tremendously talented wife Rohana Kenin (Sean & Ro recorded Nickelodeon’s Mr. Sheep and the Department of Dreams in Hyperbolic’s Studio A). They have two amazing and artistic children Milena and Caleb.
